    It's still morning, but today I signed up for a CSA with Grow It Green. When I'm on the go I drink water from my reusable bottle all day every day (including right now). I just ate an organic breakfast of steel cut organic oats with honey and an organic banana. I have a hard time eating entirely local foods, but that is on my list of things to strive towards next. I am currently experimenting in making DIY green cleaning products in order to clean my apartment today. So far so good on that front. Mindfulness is my next biggest goal, lately it has been challenging to find the time to dedicate to yoga, meditation, and reiki. I plan on spending at least an hour on those right after I clean. Many of the activities in this challenge I do on a daily basis already so in some respect it is easy for me to contribute, however, it is helpful in making me fully conscious of the impact and how I can improve upon it.
