    Our microgreens  weighed a total of 116g!!! We also have started to cook a delicious meal with our greens! Will post picture soon!

    Today we are weighing our micro greens in class and harvesting them to cook. I'm so excited to see how much we've all grown!!

    Started growing a micro green mustard plant about a week ago for our class project on growing local foods! So far, so good! Yesterday we had quite a lot of rain so I can't wait to see the results of that much water. Hopefully, it doesn't effect my plant too much negatively.
